JNV mental ability and environmental studies
The first hour of the 2027-28 Class 6 paper is not forty figure questions. The prospectus splits it into twenty non-verbal items and twenty environmental-studies items. A book that ignores the second half is training the wrong paper.

The five figure habits
The prospectus names five parts of four questions: pattern completion, figure series, geometrical completion, mirror and water images, and embedded figures. Name the rule in one phrase before you look at the options.
Environmental studies is not optional
Questions 21 to 40 are EVS: 15 direct items and one passage with 5 questions. The scope in the prospectus is the natural world, the human body, science in daily life, and social surroundings. A water-cycle question and a passage about a lake are both in the sample material printed there.
A daily set that matches the split
Ten figure items and five EVS items are enough for a day. Keep a page per figure type. For EVS, write the answer in a sentence taken from what you read, then check the option. Speed comes after the rule is stable.
